All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.4 Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch from our Bloomington warehouse.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders with a subtotal of $50 USD or more. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4.5 Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• All accessories, parts, and documentation must be included
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our customer care team

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Sanitary sealing components (Bathroom Plugs & Wastes, Basin Wastes & Plugs, Bath Wastes & Plugs)
• Bathroom Extractor Fans (due to electrical components and installation requirements)
• Custom or special order items
• Used, damaged, or incomplete items

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and item details
3. Receive an RMA number and return instructions
4. Ship the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the package

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 Exchanges

For exchanges, once the return is approved, we ship the replacement promptly. Standard or free shipping (based on the original order value) applies to the new item.
