Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our fulfillment center.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will immediately process your exchange or refund.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulations, the following categories of products, as identified in our menu, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Bathroom Plugs & Wastes / Basin Wastes & Plugs / Bath Wastes & Plugs: These are sanitary sealing components and are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened.
  • Bathroom Extractor Fans: Due to electrical components and complex installation requirements, these are final sale unless faulty.
  • Custom or Special Order Items: Any item not part of our standard catalog.
  • Used, Damaged, or Incomplete Items: Products not in original, resalable condition with all parts, packaging, and manuals.
